2025 Annual Report
Following its Annual General Meeting held on 21 April 2026, Foyer S.A. publishes its 2025 Annual Report.
The past year was marked by the Group’s management transition, with the appointment of Marie-Hélène Massard as Managing Director and CEO, and Marc Lauer as Chairman of the Board of Directors. A long-planned transition, carried out in a spirit of continuity and trust.
In a demanding environment, the Group’s teams continued to serve their clients, partners and communities across all its business lines: insurance, protection and wealth management.
